SUMMARY:Masskrugstemmen - Bier Stein Holding Contest
DESCRIPTION:Masskrugstemmen Season is upon us! Do you have what it takes to become the next champion and join the stein-esty? Find out during our 2025 season of Masskrugstemmen! Masskrugstemmen is a traditional beer stein-holding competition that has its roots in Germany. The competition is a Bavarian strongman/strongwoman test where participants hold a liter of German beer\, by the handle\, straight out in front of their bodies for as long as they can. The last person still holding his or her liter of beer wins. Registration begins at 7pm in the Biergarten\, the competition starts at 8pm. $20 per participant\, the winner of the men’s and women’s competition will get to keep the stein. The top 3 from each round will be welcomed back on August 2nd for the finals! The men’s and women’s winners on 8/2 will receive a weekend in New York City (9/19-9/21) including airfare for the winner\, hotel\, and VIP treatment.
