The Jesse Stratton Band plays Alternative Country / Americana all over the great state of Texas throughout the year\, with summertime tours to other parts of the country. The group has been named “Best Band in Hays County” and “Best Band in Wimberley” by regional publications and is a mainstay at many community events and festivals\, quickly becoming a staple in the Texas Hill Country music scene. The Jesse Stratton Band’s latest release was in October 2021\, an album titled “Family & Friends\,” which includes a number of songs that were inspired by Jesse’s children (Joshua and his three sisters). Although the two of them haven’t officially recorded in the studio together\, Jesse and Joshua are currently releasing videos from a live show they performed together this spring.

SUMMARY:Passing Strangers
DESCRIPTION:John Boyd is the lead singer and founder of the San Antonio-based band 80’s and 90’s tribute band Passing Strangers who have graced the Texas club scene for more than 30 years. They play everything from Jessie’s Girl to Third Eye Blind and are often referred to as “a band version of Spazmatics.” The band is perhaps most well-known for its electronic remake of Gary Wrightʼs “Dream Weaver” from their debut EP “Moment In Time.” This song was a club hit and added to radio across the U.S. and parts of Europe. John Boydʼs voice has been compared to the likes of Jeff Buckley\, and U2’s Bono. Passing Strangers was an active part of the Dallas music community for 14 years\, and the Boulder/Denver music scene for 3 years. After five albums\, two decades of frequent performances\, tours of the U.S.\, and shows overseas\, John returned to the home of his childhood in the San Antonio/Austin area in 2010. In 2013 he teamed up with co-writer and guitarist Ray Tamez\, and producer Mattson Rainer (from KNBT) for his first John Boyd solo album entitled “Passing Strangers and Funny People.”

DESCRIPTION:J.B. Scott & the Suedes are a San Antonio-based Indie Pop/Rock Band performing high-intensity\, original music with a modern take on classic rock. Lead singer/songwriter\, J.B. Scott\, studied Commercial Songwriting and Music Business at Belmont University in Nashville\, TN\, where he learned under Grammy-award winning songwriters and gained experience performing & collaborating with artists in the Nashville area. After graduating in 2024\, J.B. moved back to San Antonio with the goal of releasing a debut EP and forming a band to perform energy-packed sets around the local area. The band\, formed by musicians Adrian Vidaurri on keyboard and lead guitar & Robbie Luther on drums\, has been performing regularly around SA since Jan. of 2026. In March of 2026\, J.B.
