Two nuns have been secretly making wine to keep the convent’s doors open\, but two reporters are hot on their trail. When the reporters go undercover as a nun and a priest\, things start to get crazy. Add in a new nun\, an innocent handyman\, and news that spies sent from Rome might be here to shut the convent down and you have a hilarious night of entertainment. *Ages 12+ \nSeptember 20th- CHAMPAGNE OPENING- Join us after the show for food\, drinks and a meet and greet with the cast. \nSeptember 28th- PAY WHAT YOU CAN- All tickets at the door will be available on a pay-what-you-can basis. The Jesse Stratton Band plays Alternative Country / Americana all over the great state of Texas throughout the year\, with summertime tours to other parts of the country. The group has been named “Best Band in Hays County” and “Best Band in Wimberley” by regional publications and is a mainstay at many community events and festivals\, quickly becoming a staple in the Texas Hill Country music scene. The Jesse Stratton Band’s latest release was in October 2021\, an album titled “Family & Friends\,” which includes a number of songs that were inspired by Jesse’s children (Joshua and his three sisters). Although the two of them haven’t officially recorded in the studio together\, Jesse and Joshua are currently releasing videos from a live show they performed together this spring. Their Father & Son Show gives audiences all the heart and soul that live music longs for!

DESCRIPTION:Shaker Hymns is a crowd favorite in any honky tonk\, dance hall\, and juke joint. Coming from humble beginnings around the state of Texas\, Shaker Hymns formed in San Marcos and immediately saw success after winning 3 battle of the bands contests and sharing the stage with national level acts. The 5-piece band’s loud stage presence of three electric guitars draws them immediate comparisons to bands like Lynyrd Skynyrd and Led Zeppelin. However\, lead singer and primary writer\, Nyles Robakiewicz is not afraid to slow things down and pull out the acoustic and sing some more intimate songs influenced by his likes of Jason Isbell and Ryan Bingham. Shaker Hymns will be releasing a full length LP in 2020 produced by Josh Serrato and Ben Hussey but for now\, check out their debut EP “Honey” on all platforms.

SUMMARY:Passing Strangers
DESCRIPTION:John Boyd is the lead singer and founder of the San Antonio-based band 80’s and 90’s tribute band Passing Strangers who have graced the Texas club scene for more than 30 years. They play everything from Jessie’s Girl to Third Eye Blind and are often referred to as “a band version of Spazmatics.” The band is perhaps most well-known for its electronic remake of Gary Wrightʼs “Dream Weaver” from their debut EP “Moment In Time.” This song was a club hit and added to radio across the U.S. and parts of Europe. John Boydʼs voice has been compared to the likes of Jeff Buckley\, and U2’s Bono. Passing Strangers was an active part of the Dallas music community for 14 years\, and the Boulder/Denver music scene for 3 years. After five albums\, two decades of frequent performances\, tours of the U.S.\, and shows overseas\, John returned to the home of his childhood in the San Antonio/Austin area in 2010. In 2013 he teamed up with co-writer and guitarist Ray Tamez\, and producer Mattson Rainer (from KNBT) for his first John Boyd solo album entitled “Passing Strangers and Funny People.”
