Mozzarella-Making Class

This is the most popular class at Gourmage! They’ll teach you how to make handmade mozzarella from curds. Each participant will make five 1/4-pound balls of mozzarella to eat or take home. (Many participants treat themselves to a mimosa while they work!)
The class is $25, which includes the class, curd, and to-go containers.
