Yoga at The Emmie

An event every week that begins at 6:30pm on Wednesday, repeating until July 25, 2018
Yoga @ The Emmie on the grounds of The Sophienburg Museum in historic downtown New Braunfels is a community yoga vinyasa class.
Cost for the class is $10 cash or check with proceeds benefiting The Sophienburg Museum & Archives. For those living in the downtown neighborhoods, it’s easy to walk or ride bikes. Parking is available on the museum grounds.
The class is one hour and fifteen minutes and is designed for adults, attracting men and women. Children ages 12 and older are welcome to attend with their parent or guardian.
Wear workout/exercise clothing, bring a yoga mat (and other props that make you comfortable) and a smile. It’s fun, challenging and connects you to a group of like-minded people interested in community, giving back and elevating the mind, body, and spirit.
