The New Braunfels Railroad Museum is a museum of railroad artifacts and model railroad layouts centered around a historic downtown New Braunfels railroad depot built by the International and Great Northern Railroad in 1907. The museum has a variety of artifacts and photographs from the golden age of railroading. Permanent exhibits include an 0-6-0T locomotive, boxcar, caboose, and a 1922 Pullman passenger car which has been renovated into a dining car and is available for rental. Every first and third Saturday of the month is Kids Fun Day where kids can operate our little engineers model railroad layout.
